Ingredients (for 6 servings):
For the cucumber wraps: 2 cucumbers
For the goat’s “cheese”: 130 g cashews, 125 g macadamia nuts, 3 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes,
1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped chives.
For the mint sauce: 1 bunch spearmint, 220 ml agave syrup, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 dash salt.
