This chili with mushrooms and a sauce seasoned with wild garlic is a raw recipe that is in no way inferior to the original recipe when it comes to taste. Loaded with vitamin C, potassium and vitamin B6 !
Prep for the chili sauce: 9 Tomatoes, sun-dried (45 g)
For the chili and vegetable mixture: 3 Tomatoes; 3 Button mushrooms; 1 Red bell pepper; 8 Black olives; 1 Shallot; 1 Corn; 1 tsp Dried parsley; 1 tsp Dried wild garlic; 1 tsp Dried marjoram
For the chili sauce: 7 Tomatoes, red, raw; 1 tsp Sweet ground paprika; 1 tsp Chili powder; 1 Red bell pepper; ¼ tsp Ground mace; 2 tsp Canola oil; ½ tsp Ground turmeric; 1 tbsp Soy sauce (tamari); 1 dash Ground cinnamon; 1 tsp ground Dried basil; 1 tsp Dried wild garlic.
