Coriander seeds (organic) are used whole or ground as a spice. Raw and unroasted, they contain essential oils (such as linalool and geraniol). 65/15/21

We use nutmeg (raw, organic?), ground or grated, together because the differences are small. Use nutmeg in small doses as it quickly becomes poisonous. 54/06/40

Tomatoes, dried (raw?, organic?)
Dried tomatoes (organic?) contain about 15% instead of 95% water, which increases the monosodium glutamate to 5%. Usually no longer raw in the sense of raw food 77/19/04

Chili flakes (raw?, organic?)
Chili flakes with or without seeds are raw, depending on how they are produced. Similar to chili powder, they increase the spiciness of dishes. Available in org 81/12/07
