Vegetable broth without added salt (organic?)
In contrast to normal vegetable broth, this is a variant without added salt! Can be prepared yourself in just a few steps. Organic? 85/13/02
Coriander, seeds (raw?, organic?)
Coriander seeds (organic) are used whole or ground as a spice. Raw and unroasted, they contain essential oils (such as linalool and geraniol). 65/15/21
Dates, Medjool variety, pitted, raw? (organic?)
Compared to other types of dates, the date variety Medjool, Madjhool or Madjoo, raw, is characterized by its very fruity taste. Organic? 97/02/00

Beetroot, raw (organic?)
Beetroot can be used raw, cooked or boiled. They stand out with their red colour and are considered healthy, but they contain a lot of oxalic acid. Organic? 84/14/01
Mustard (Mostert, Mostrich, raw?, organic?)
Mustard (Mostert, Mostrich) is a paste made from ground mustard seeds (organic?) that tastes mildly sweet to spicy, depending on the ingredient and process. Raw 45/29/26
Spinach, raw (vegetable spinach)
Spinach (vegetable spinach) is rich in vitamins and minerals. Despite the high oxalic acid content, raw spinach is also healthy in reasonable amounts. 53/42/06
Shallots, raw (organic?)
